Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

Eligible Refund Situations

A refund request may be considered within 14 days of purchase if any of the following apply:

• The product is materially different from its description at the time of purchase
• A duplicate purchase was made in error (refunded upon verification)
